The legal relationship established between you and the Association of Austrian Mountain and Ski Guides through the use of the website is subject to the law of the Republic of Austria. Explanations

As a rule, you can call up all of the Rafting Association's websites without providing any personal information. If your name, address or other personal data are required in individual cases, you will be informed beforehand. Your personal usage data is used to make the rafting association's service as pleasant as possible for you and to improve it. If you decide to provide the rafting association with personal data via the Internet so that, for example, correspondence can be processed or an order can be carried out, this data will be handled carefully in accordance with the strict regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).  When the website is called up, the rafting association receives usage data that is stored for security purposes and may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed). This data is evaluated by the rafting association in order to get to know user behavior and to compile statistics. The high security standards of the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and the Data Protection Ordinance for Telecommunications Companies (TDSV) are observed in all measures.

Passing on personal information to third parties

If data is passed on to service providers in the context of order data processing, these are bound by the BDSG, other statutory provisions and contractually to the privacy policy of the rafting association. Insofar as the rafting association is obliged to do so by law or by court order, it will transmit your data to the extent required to authorities entitled to receive information. The rafting association will not pass on your data to third parties for other purposes without your express consent.

The rafting association only uses cookies if they are absolutely necessary for user functions or if they make it easier to navigate the website. Links to other websites

The websites of the rafting association may contain links to other websites. The rafting association has no influence on the editorial content of external websites and on whether their operators comply with data protection regulations.

advertising

As a rule, the websites of the rafting association do not contain any advertising space. In the opposite case, the advertising is delivered via external ad servers. The data collected in connection with online advertising (AdImpressions, AdKlicks) are used exclusively for statistical analysis and to create reports for advertising customers. No personal data will be used in the process. Cookies may be used when advertising is delivered without the rafting association having any influence on this.

Facebook  &  Google reCAPTCHA

We also advertise presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents that when a website that has a social media application is called up, a connection is automatically established to the respective server of the social network in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. The user is only forwarded to the service of the respective social network by clicking on the corresponding graphic.  

 

After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is recorded by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way may be processed  Data takes place in the USA.  This is initially data such as the IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into their user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator can, if necessary, assign the information collected from the specific visit of the user to the user's personal account.  If the user interacts via a “share” button on the respective network, this information can be saved in the user's personal user account and, if necessary, published. If the user wants to prevent the information collected from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.
